Owl, who is clever and very self-composed, and bumbo, a short tempered but straightforward character, are two retired criminals. But they never meet each other. One day, they receive letters respectivly from a mysterious guy who knows what they did before. He forces them to do two assignments. First one is to work in a youth probation centre, the second is to expose the crime of Au Gun, a land developer and notorious gangster.
